DESCRIPTION:The Access ID Project utilizes non-attorney volunteers who provide assistance to homeless or low income individuals to navigate the process to obtain state-issued ID. The program can also provide financial assistance through referrals for help with identification-related costs. \nAccess ID was launched in response to the growing obstacles facing homeless individuals seeking housing\, health\, legal and employment assistance\, all of which require proof of identity.
