The LAW Advocates’ Wills Clinic is dedicated to assisting low-income seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those who are terminally ill with Simple Wills and Power of Attorneys.  Our compassionate estate planning attorneys generously volunteer their time to ensure your wishes are honored, and to help your family move forward without unnecessary stress and conflict.

How Our Wills Clinic Works

1.   Contact Us: Reach out to us via email or phone.

2.   Receive our Wills Packet: We will send you a packet to complete to the best of your ability.  This packet helps you think about your assets and what you want to happen to them. We will then pass the packet on to an attorney who has agreed to prepare your documents pro bono.

3.   Legal Assistance: We will connect you with an attorney to help guide you through the process and prepare your Simple Will and Power of Attorney.
