This clinic is for debtors with low incomes.
People required to attend court that day get priority to see attorney. The attorney is usually able to see 3-4 people, so it’s best to arrive early.
What to bring:
- Court documents
- Letters from creditors or collection agencies
- Billing statements
- Any other documents relevant document
