Project Homeless Connect (PHC) offers a wide range of free services for people in Whatcom County experiencing a housing crisis. This one-day, one-stop event provides a safe, respectful, and welcoming place for the community to come together each year.
In addition to all the services provided by other groups, LAW Advocates will provide:
-Street Law @ Project Homeless Connect: free, drop-in legal advice
-Access ID: assistance with getting a Washington State ID
