Direct representation for certain civil legal matters may be available on a case-by-case basis as determined by available resources and priority.

About our partnership with Lummi Tribal Court

 

Lummi Tibal Court is the judicial branch of the Lummi Nation, located near Bellingham, Washington. It operates as part of Lummi Nation’s sovereign government and has authority, tribal jurisdiction, over legal matters involving its members and activities that occur on the Lummi Reservation. The Court adheres to the Lummi Nation Code of Laws.
