The 1st and 3rd Friday every month at Whatcom District Court, located at 311 Grand Avenue, 4th floor, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Free legal assistance for low-income debtors. Assistance restricted to lawsuits related to Debt Collection, Garnishment (not for child support), Medical Debts, and Charity Care.
