Debt Collection Clinic at Whatcom County Courthouse –
Free legal assistance for low-income debtors. Assistance restricted to lawsuits related to Debt Collection, Garnishment (not for child support), Medical Debts, and Charity Care. *Bring documents, including court documents, letters from creditors and collections, and bill statements.
